Responsibilities Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems. Install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, and ventilation equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues (Technician level). Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal service. Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Follow company safety policies and local building codes. Qualifications: Must be fluent in both English and Chinese(Mandarin or Cantonese) with a Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. HVAC Helper / Apprentice HVAC or related experience and/or education are preferred. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces. Reliable transportation to the shop or job sites. HVAC Technician 2+ years of HVAC installation or service experience preferred. EPA Section 608 Certification preferred. Ability to troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC equipment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
