NO NEED TO FIND YOUR OWN CLIENTS. Love coaching but hate having to constantly sell yourself, chase leads, or build your own book of clients? At BASECK Training, we bring the members to you. You get to focus on what you became a trainer to do in the first place: coach people, build relationships, and help members get real results. We’re looking for an energetic, driven Coach who wants consistent hours, a built-in member base, opportunities for one-on-one training, and a real path to grow within a fitness company. This isn’t a “stand around the gym and wait for a client” personal training job. You’ll coach our signature 30-minute workouts, work directly with members on their individual goals, provide accountability outside of the workout floor, and become an important part of a community that actually knows their coaches by name. And there’s another layer to what we do: every workout our members complete generates points that contribute toward donations to one of our six charity partners. You coach. They improve. The community gives back. WHY COACHES LOVE THIS ROLE We fill the classes. You don’t have to build your own client list just to make a paycheck. Consistent, predictable hours. Know when you’re working and build your life around a structured schedule. More than group fitness. Build relationships with members, coach them toward their goals, and have opportunities to work with clients one-on-one. Multiple ways to earn. Earn your base pay plus additional bonus and commission opportunities through memberships, personal training, apparel, supplements, and studio performance. Develop beyond coaching. We’ll help you improve your skills in coaching, sales, leadership, marketing, and business. Opportunity to grow with BASECK. Our Ownership Development Program creates a path for team members who want to take on greater leadership and potentially grow within the company long term. WHAT COACHING AT BASECK LOOKS LIKE Our members aren’t looking for someone to simply count reps. They’re looking for someone who notices when they haven’t shown up. Someone who remembers what they’re working toward. Someone who knows when to push them—and when they need encouragement. Someone who gets genuinely excited when they accomplish something they once thought they couldn’t. As a BASECK Coach, you’ll: Coach Great Workouts • Lead our signature 30-minute full-body circuit workouts, • Coach proper movement, technique, intensity, and modifications, • Create an energetic and welcoming environment for every fitness level, • Work with members individually within the group environmentHelp Members Get Results, • Build real relationships with the members assigned to you, • Hold members accountable to their fitness and lifestyle goals, • Conduct regular check-ins and proactive follow-ups, • Help new members through onboarding, assessments, 3D body scans, and goal setting, • Provide guidance around nutrition, habits, recovery, and consistency within your scope as a coachGrow With the Business, • Welcome prospective members and help with studio tours, • Help people understand which BASECK program best fits their goals, • Earn additional commission through memberships, personal training, apparel, and supplements, • Participate in community events, studio initiatives, and member experiencesTake Pride in the Studio, • Help maintain a clean, organized, premium training environment, • Support your teammates instead of operating on an island, • Uphold the level of service and hospitality our members expect from BASECK YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF… You genuinely love people as much as you love fitness. You can bring energy to a room without making the workout about yourself. You’re comfortable coaching a beginner who hasn’t exercised in years AND challenging an experienced member who needs to be pushed. You don’t mind picking up the phone and checking on someone who hasn’t shown up. You’re motivated by seeing other people win. And you want to be part of building something—not simply clock in, coach a class, and leave. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE We believe great coaches should know exactly what winning looks like. You’ll work toward clear performance goals, including: • 85%+ member retention among assigned members, • 3+ membership or product sales per week, • 4.8+ average member satisfaction, • Strong member engagement, attendance, and accountability, • Consistently delivering an exceptional BASECK experience WHAT YOU’LL NEED • Personal training certification through a nationally recognized organization such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar — or willingness to obtain one, • Preferred certification pricing through NASM may be available, • 1+ year of personal training, coaching, group fitness, or client-facing fitness experience preferred, • Confidence leading group workouts—not only one-on-one sessions, • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, • Comfort holding people accountable in a positive way, • Sales or membership experience is a plus, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented studio, • Availability for a structured Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend availabilityMost importantly: you need to care about people and take pride in helping them succeed. COMPENSATION $30–$35/hour On-Target Earnings (OTE) Compensation includes base hourly pay plus opportunities for bonuses and commissions. Unlike many personal training roles, you are not expected to walk in with your own book of clients. We provide the environment, programming, members, systems, and opportunities.
