WSFSSH develops, manages, and provides housing for low‐ income older persons, many of whom live with mental illness and/or have experienced homelessness. Position Description Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, the superintendent is responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance functionality and cleanliness of the property while supervising housekeeping staff to ensure all units and common areas are kept in pristine condition for residents and staff. Supervise and manage the porters and housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Please Note: This is a full-time position (5) days a week on-site between multiple sites.
