The Behavioral Health Clinical Case Manager will support the mental health, wellness, medical readiness, and operational readiness of Iowa Army National Guard Service Members. This position focuses on behavioral health assessment, case management, care coordination, risk assessment, referrals, documentation, and connecting Service Members with appropriate military, VA, community, and civilian behavioral health resources. The position works closely with the Director of Psychological Health, Office of the State Surgeon, military leadership, medical readiness personnel, and community providers.
