Job Description About Us Stedman's Plumbing LLC is a locally owned, C-36 Licensed Plumbing Contractor (Lic. #1110490). We serve homeowners throughout Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Visalia, Hanford, and the surrounding Central Valley — water heaters, repipes, repairs, drain cleaning, gas lines, and more. We do quality work, we treat customers right, and we're growing. The Opportunity We're looking for a top-tier sales professional with real service plumbing experience. This isn't an entry-level role. We want someone who has been in the field, knows residential plumbing systems inside and out, and can walk into a homeowner's house, assess the situation, and close the job — professionally and honestly. If you're a skilled plumber who has discovered you're even better with people, or a seasoned home services salesperson who grew up in the trade, this role was written for you. What You'll Do • Accompany or follow up on residential service calls across the Central Valley, • Inspect plumbing systems, identify issues, and present solutions homeowners understand and trust, • Sell water heater replacements, repipes, repairs, drain services, gas line work, fixture installs, and maintenance agreements, • Prepare estimates, handle objections, and close work efficiently, • Follow up on open leads and unsold estimates, • Coordinate with Patrick and the field team to ensure every sold job is scoped correctly and delivered on time What We're Looking For • Service plumbing experience is required — you must understand residential systems at a working level, • Proven track record in sales, home services, or a customer-facing role where you closed work, • The ability to walk into any home, earn trust fast, and have a straight conversation about what needs to be done and why, • Professional appearance, reliable vehicle, clean driving record, • Self-starter who doesn't need to be managed, • Spanish/English bilingual is a significant plus in our market What You'll Earn $25/hour base + 10% commission on every job you close.
