Pizza Chef — Part-Time or Full-Time APPLY IN PERSON OR VIA EMAIL (POSHFOODGROUP GMAIL COM) Posh Restaurant | Fresh Meadows, Queens Posh Restaurant is hiring an experienced and dependable Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who works efficiently, takes pride in food quality and can consistently prepare excellent kosher pizza in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities: • Prepare pizza dough, sauces and ingredients according to restaurant standards, • Stretch dough and prepare pizzas with consistent portioning and presentation, • Operate and maintain the pizza oven safely, • Monitor cooking times, temperature and product quality, • Prepare ingredients and maintain proper food rotation, • Keep the pizza station clean, organized and fully stocked, • Follow all food safety, sanitation and kosher kitchen procedures, • Work closely with kitchen staff during busy lunch, dinner and weekend shifts, • Assist with opening and closing duties when scheduled Qualifications: • Previous pizza-making or commercial kitchen experience preferred, • Experience stretching dough and operating a pizza oven, • Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy, • Dependable, organized and able to work well with a team, • Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a hot kitchen, • Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, • Knowledge of kosher kitchen practices is a plus Position Details: • Part-time or full-time opportunities available, • Flexible scheduling based on availability and restaurant needs, • Compensation based on experience, • Growth opportunities available for reliable team members To apply, send your experience, availability and contact information.
