Summary: Roadway Moving is seeking experienced and dependable CDL Class A OTR Freight Drivers to transport freight warehouse-to-warehouse between our nationwide hub locations. Key Responsibilities Store Operations • Oversee day-to-day boutique operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, • Ensure high standards of customer service at all times Opening & Closing Duties • Open and close the store according to established procedures, • Ensure cash drawers are balanced at the start and end of each shift, • Secure the store, including alarm systems, lighting, and locking procedures, • Complete daily opening/closing checklists and reports Sales & Register Management • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system as needed, • Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately, • Support staff with register procedures and troubleshooting during shifts, • Ensure accurate daily sales reporting Inventory & Merchandising • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise, • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with audits, • Identify low-stock items and coordinate reorders, • Support visual merchandising and product placement to maximize sales Vendor & Ordering Management • Communicate with vendors regarding product orders, deliveries, and returns, • Place purchase orders and track incoming shipments, • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, • Ensure timely replenishment of boutique merchandise Team Support & Leadership • Assist in training and supporting sales associates, • Provide direction and leadership during shifts, • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment, • Support scheduling and shift coverage as needed Qualifications • 2+ years of retail management experience (boutique or fashion retail preferred), • Strong leadership and communication skills, • Experience with POS systems and cash handling, • Inventory management and ordering experience preferred, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, • Ability to work independently and take initiative, • Flexible availability, including weekends as needed Compensation & Schedule • Full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week), • Competitive hourly/salary based on experience, • Opportunity for growth within a growing boutique brand
