Ensuring all areas will be constantly monitored so that guest trays and it’s contents can be cleared and promptly clean tables/countertops for reuse. Transporting plateware, silverware, glassware and trays to the dish wash area on a regular basis, ensuring that all items can be cleaned and ready for service. Keeping all concessions stocked with the plateware, silverware, napkins and trays that they require for service. The general tidiness and cleanliness of all foot flow areas around communal tables, in front of concessions and all bars. Sweeping should be conducted on a scheduled basis, as well as on an as needed basis. Restrooms will be checked for cleanliness and replenished with supplies on a regular basis. Spillage will be a regular occurrence, and for the hazard of slips and falls, it will need to be dealt with promptly. If you come across a spill, alert a manager and remain by the spill until assistance arrives with mop/dry cloths. A wooden “caution wet floor” sign should also be displayed during and after cleaning spillage. This individual will be responsible for: Monitoring patron behavior and level of intoxication Enforcing club rules often with early warnings. Removing any obnoxious and offensive persons. Always being professional when asking patrons to leave. Working primarily inside with all security team Handling frequent training about the use of force and limitations. Frequently practice and scenario drills working as a team. Must control over-crowding club intensity inside. Must control the over-service of alcoholic drinks before they go out the door Fight prevention, crowd control, validating identification at door, delegating duties to other security personnel. Deterring disorderly conduct through strong communication skills and visual observation by using deescalation tools trained by the head of security. Respond to medical emergencies to provide first aid, CPR or support as needed until medical personnel arrive.
