Job DescriptionPosition Title: Project Manager Location: Hybrid Bill Rate: $42/hourOverall Role & Purpose As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise technical capability development programs—primarily managing the global Systems Engineering Certificate Program (SECP). Your mission is to turn strategy into action by developing and managing plans, processes, controls, communication, and finances. You will operate as the central point linking program leadership, instructors, participants, regional partners, HR, Finance, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth, consistent delivery across regions.Key Duties & Responsibilities Program & Project Management • Develop and maintain integrated project plans for global cohorts and modules., • Translate program milestones into clear tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables., • Proactively monitor execution and identify risks related to scheduling, resources, finances, or delivery., • Track program risks, issues, decisions, and actions; escalate when necessary., • Coordinate multiple concurrent cohorts and workstreams across regions and time zones., • Create standardized processes, checklists, templates, and controls for global scalability.Cohort Planning & Delivery, • Manage readiness for each cohort/module, including facilities, technology, catering, supplies, and travel., • Maintain detailed regional readiness and delivery plans., • Address logistics and participant needs proactively;
