About the Role We're seeking a Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of our Cypress, CA facility — including our showroom, offices, warehouse, tech rooms, conference room, gym, and company vehicles. This is a trusted, front-line role: you'll have regular access throughout the building, so we need someone honest, reliable, and thorough who takes real pride in their work. This role is ideal for: • Someone with janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience who holds themselves to a high standard, • A dependable, self-motivated person comfortable managing a daily and weekly cleaning schedule with minimal supervision, • Someone trustworthy and professional who can be relied on with access to offices, tech rooms, and company vehicles What You'll Do Daily: • Clean and reset the breakroom — load and empty the dishwasher, wipe down counters, tables, and chairs, sweep and mop, • Clean and sanitize both restrooms — toilets, seats, handles, and urinals; empty trash and restock liners, soap, towels, and toilet paper; clean sinks, water fountains, and coolers; sweep and mop, • Dump trash throughout the entire building at the end of the day, sorting shred and recycling items into the correct bins, • Dust mop the showroom and front office hallways, including the coffee bar area and the hallway to the conference room and sales offices Weekly: • Mop all warehouse aisleways and clean/dust windows and windowsills, • Dust, sanitize, and vacuum the conference room, • Clean and sanitize the gym, including the shower, • Dust, sanitize, mop, and clean glass in the tech rooms, • Help unload PCI vehicles (motorhome/toter) after events, then dust, sanitize, and vacuum trailers and living quarters; clean toilet and shower; remove food and clean the fridge; wash and remake linens if slept in; clean vehicle exteriors the same day they return Twice a Week: • Deep clean all offices — dust, sweep, mop, vacuum; sanitize phones and door handles; clean desks, windowsills, ledges, blinds, and pictures; Windex windows and mirrors As Needed: • Touch up walls with a magic eraser or paint, dust for cobwebs, clean interior glass in offices and the showroom, prep canopies and signage for events, and monitor/restock the cleaning supply inventory. Also twice a year wax floors and clean carpets.
