We are seeking a caring, responsible, and experienced Preschool Head Teacher to lead a classroom of young children ages 2-3 and 3-5 in a nurturing Montessori environment. The Head Teacher will create a prepared, respectful, and engaging classroom that encourages children’s independence, curiosity, and love of learning. Responsibilities • Lead and manage a Montessori preschool classroom for children ages 2 and age 4-5., • Prepare and maintain an organized, inviting, and developmentally appropriate Montessori environment., • Plan and provide Montessori-based lessons and hands-on learning experiences., • Introduce and demonstrate Montessori materials appropriately based on each child’s developmental needs., • Observe children and support their individual interests, abilities, and learning pace., • Encourage independence, concentration, self-discipline, and practical life skills., • Maintain consistent classroom routines, expectations, and positive behavior guidance., • Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, orderly, and well-prepared for learning., • Work closely with the assistant teacher and school administration., • Communicate professionally and regularly with parents and families., • Document children’s developmental progress and classroom observations., • Follow school policies, health and safety procedures, and licensing requirements.
