Job DescriptionCustomer Service Representative (Roadside Assistance) 📍 Renton, WA (On-Site) 💲 $27.50/hour 🕒 6-Month Contract 📅 Expected Start Date: September 2026 🚚 Industry: Transportation / Customer Support About the Opportunity We are seeking customer-focused professionals to join a high-volume roadside assistance team supporting commercial truck drivers across North America. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers experiencing breakdowns, helping coordinate service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers receive timely support during critical situations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about helping customers during stressful situations. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $27.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
