Janitorial Cleaner – Job Description Ecco Facilities is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and professional environments for our commercial clients. Responsibilities include: • Clean and disinfect offices, common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other assigned spaces., • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors., • Empty trash and recycling and replace liners., • Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces., • Clean mirrors, glass, countertops, and fixtures., • Restock restroom and kitchen supplies as needed., • Follow Ecco Facilities cleaning procedures, safety standards, and site-specific instructions., • Properly use cleaning products, equipment, and microfiber cloths., • Report maintenance issues, damages, low supplies, or unusual conditions to a supervisor., • Maintain a professional appearance and respect client property at all times. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and follows health and safety guidelines. Responsibilities • Clean dining areas, kitchen floors, restrooms, and common areas., • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces., • Wash windows, doors, and glass partitions as needed., • Empty trash bins and replace garbage bags., • Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, countertops, and kitchen equipment., • Restock restroom supplies and cleaning materials., • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards., • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the manager., • Assist with deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis.
