Property Manager. We’re a real estate management firm overseeing a portfolio of mixed‑use buildings across Bronx. We’re looking for a confident, experienced Property Manager to take ownership of 7–10 properties and keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll handle everything from tenant communication and lease processing to coordinating repairs, inspections, and compliance. You’ll also support our bookkeeping efforts, so strong Yardi and Excel experience is essential. This is a fully in‑office role in our Plainview office, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day operations for a portfolio of 7–10 buildings
  • Process leases, renewals, and tenant documentation
  • Coordinate repairs, inspections, violations, and building upgrades
  • Oversee insurance policies, loan documentation, and compliance
  • Handle Accounts Receivable, reimbursables, budgets, and reconciliations
  • Assist with general administrative tasks in the office

What We’re Looking For

  • Property Management experience
  • Yardi experience and strong Excel skills
  • Organized, proactive, confident communicator
  • Comfortable working in‑office Monday–Friday

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000-$60,000 per year
