The position is for Tuesday-Saturdays 8:30am-4:00PM
We are looking to start interviews and training as soon as possible.
In this position you will be asked to:
- answer phones
- set up appointments and rebookings
- make reminder calls
- daily computer work
- handling of dogs and cat/ assisting with grooming services
- finding out how the customer would like the pet groomed
- handling payments
- assist groomers when needed
- helping maintain cleanly appearance in store
For this position you should be:
- very personable and friendly
- have prior customer service experience
- able to multi-task
- organized
- an animal lover and not afraid of dogs (any breed or size)
- (prior experience with animals other than own pets is a plus)
- (speaking Spanish is a plus)**
