Part-time Landscape & Light Construction Worker - NYC Tree Pit Services - New York

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support the team during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills who can ensure smooth operations, maintain high customer service standards, and assist with staff supervision. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts. Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance goals. Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns. Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies. Assist with staff scheduling, shift coverage, and task delegation. Train and mentor new employees as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reports (if applicable). Communicate operational updates and issues to management. Ensure inventory, supplies, and equipment are properly maintained. Requirements: Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required. Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
