The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a passion for beauty and hairstyling, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to understand and deliver each client's desired look. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and desired styles. Perform professional haircuts, trims, blowouts, styling, and finishing services. Provide hair coloring services, including root touch-ups, highlights, balayage, toning, and other color treatments as qualified. Perform hair treatments such as deep conditioning, smoothing, repair, and other salon-approved services. Style hair for everyday looks, special occasions, events, and photoshoots as needed. Recommend appropriate hairstyles, treatments, and hair-care products based on the client's hair type and condition. Maintain high standards of hair care, cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation. Properly sanitize and maintain styling tools, equipment, and workstations. Keep up with current hairstyles, hair-color techniques, products, and beauty trends. Maintain accurate knowledge of salon products and explain proper home-care routines to clients. Provide professional advice while ensuring client expectations are clearly understood. Handle client feedback and concerns professionally and respectfully. Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional salon environment. Manage appointments and complete services efficiently while maintaining quality. Work collaboratively with other salon team members to ensure excellent customer service.
