Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and needs.
Perform haircuts, styling, blowouts, and other salon services.
Provide hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and other chemical services as qualified.
Recommend appropriate hairstyles, treatments, and hair-care products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Follow salon health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Build positive, professional relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products.
Maintain accurate client service and product records when required.
Assist with general salon duties and contribute to a welcoming salon environment.
