KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads., • Being a team player assist and support in all areas of restaurant when needed, • Makes dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries., • Ensures sandwich display is presentable for internal and external customers, • Completes various reports for records such as; production, usage and waste, • Order product and materials, as necessary, • Maintains daily par levels and restocks station orders set up orders, • Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items, • Informs supervisor when equipment is not working properly and when food supplies are getting low., • Bi-monthly and monthly inventory assessment., • Clean and sanitizes refrigerator, freezer and storage; work areas (counters/floors), equipment, containers, utensils and dishes., • Receive stock and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner. Deli Man We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Deli Man to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing deli foods, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve sandwiches, wraps, salads, cold cuts, cheeses, and other deli items. Slice meats and cheeses according to customer requests. Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly service. Prepare food quickly while maintaining quality and presentation. Operate deli equipment such as slicers, grills, and other kitchen tools safely. Restock deli products, ingredients, and supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli counter and work area. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures. Check product freshness and properly store food items. Handle cash and credit card transactions when required. Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries. Perform other duties as needed to support daily deli operations. Requirements Previous deli or food service experience preferred. Knowledge of cold cuts, cheeses, sandwiches, and basic food preparation. Good customer service and communication skills. We are a restaurant group operating 7 restaurants and a central warehouse across New Jersey and Manhattan. We are seeking a reliable and organized Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Compensation & Schedule • Pay: $25–$27 per hour, • Schedule: Approximately 50 hours per week, • Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per week, • Transportation: Company vehicle provided, or full reimbursement for business mileage and tolls when using a personal vehicle. Job Responsibilities 1. Delivery & Restocking (Approximately 50%) • Drive a small cargo van to deliver and restock supplies., • Travel between restaurants, suppliers, and the warehouse throughout New Jersey, Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn., • Pick up and deliver food, supplies, and inventory as needed. 2. Purchasing Coordination (Approximately 40%) • Communicate with suppliers and restaurant teams regarding ordering needs., • Place orders, follow up on deliveries, and handle purchase-related paperwork., • Process invoices, order records, and delivery documents., • Coordinate with restaurants to ensure timely supply replenishment. 3. Warehouse & Inventory Management (Approximately 10%) • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory., • Perform regular inventory counts., • Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date. Qualifications • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work as a W-2 employee., • Valid driver’s license and experience driving a small cargo van required., • Basic computer skills, including Email, Microsoft Excel, and other standard office applications., • Strong English communication skills., • Good communication and coordination abilities., • Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized., • Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
