CDL CLASS A DRIVER – INTERSTATE

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class A Driver who is willing and able to travel interstate. The driver will safely operate commercial vehicles, transport loads between states, and ensure timely and secure deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Operate tractor-trailer and other Class A commercial vehicles safely.
Transport and deliver freight across state lines.
Inspect vehicle before and after trips and report any issues.
Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and all safety procedures.
Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and required documentation.
Secure cargo properly and ensure timely deliveries.
Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and receiving locations.

Qualifications:

Valid CDL Class A license.
At least 21 years old for interstate commercial driving.
Clean and acceptable driving record.
Current DOT medical certification as applicable for non-excepted interstate operations.
Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
Ability and willingness to travel interstate and spend extended periods on the road.
Strong knowledge of DOT safety regulations and hours-of-service requirements.
Reliable, responsible, and safety-oriented.

Preferred:

1–2+ years of Class A driving experience.
Experience with long-haul or interstate routes.
Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs).
Additional endorsements such as HazMat, Tanker, or Doubles/Triples are a plus.

Schedule: Full-time | Interstate / Long-Haul
Note: Federal requiremts distinguish interstate commerce from intrastate operations, and Class A CDL holders operating in interstate commerce must meet applicable federal qualification requirements.
