This individual is responsible for ensuring our standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are upheld every hour of every day. The Team Lead will be the leader in charge when a Store Leader or Multi-Unit Leader is not present. The Team Lead will work a flexible schedule in conjunction with the other leaders to fully cover the needs of the business during all operating hours.
