Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces. Reliable transportation to the shop or job sites. HVAC Technician 2+ years of HVAC installation or service experience preferred. EPA Section 608 Certification preferred. Ability to troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC equipment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance procedures such as wheel alignments and transmission repairs. Familiarity with automotive wiring diagrams, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and auto estimating processes. Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing commercial truck and off-road tires and be committed to providing safe, high-quality work in the field and shop environment. Responsibilities: • Change, repair, and balance commercial truck and off-road tires, • Perform tire inspections and identify wear or damage, • Operate service trucks and travel to customer job sites as needed, • Follow all safety procedures and company policies, • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition, • Provide excellent customer service while working on-site Requirements: • Valid Driver's License (required), • Experience changing, balancing, and repairing commercial truck and off-road tires, • Ability to safely operate a service truck, • Strong work ethic and attention to detail, • Ability to lift heavy tires and work in various weather conditions, • OSHA compliance and/or TIA (Tire Industry Association) certification preferred Preferred Qualifications: • Previous commercial tire service experience, • Experience with roadside service calls, • Knowledge of tire safety and maintenance procedures
