Job Description We are seeking experienced, reliable, and professional Commercial Cleaners to join our team. Qualifications: • Proven and verifiable experience performing commercial cleaning services (required)., • Strong work ethic with a dependable attendance record., • Professional conduct and the ability to interact respectfully with clients, coworkers, and the public., • Knowledge of commercial cleaning products, chemicals, and their safe use., • Experience operating standard commercial cleaning equipment, including vacuums, floor machines, auto scrubbers, and other janitorial equipment as applicable., • Ability to follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and supervisor instructions., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking for extended periods., • Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass any required background screening. Responsibilities: • Clean and maintain commercial facilities in accordance with company standards., • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and sanitize assigned areas., • Clean restrooms, offices, common areas, break rooms, and other designated spaces., • Empty trash and recycling and replenish consumable supplies., • Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance issues., • Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and chemical handling procedures., • Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages promptly., • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respectful communication at all times.
