About us We're a boutique creative studio in NYC. We make video, motion graphics, activation and, and brand content for cybersecurity, tech, and gaming companies. We also design and produce live event and booth experiences. Online work from home, Small team, big clients, fast pace. The role You'll help manage client relationships and keep projects moving. • Be a point of contact for clients — emails, updates, scheduling, • Track project timelines and deliverables, • Prepare briefs, notes, and follow-ups after calls, • Help organize assets, feedback rounds, and approvals, • Support the founder on new business and proposals What we're looking for • Some background in marketing, communications, or media — coursework or internships count, • Interest in cybersecurity or tech. You don't need to be an expert — we'll teach you., • Clear, professional writing, • Organized. You don't drop the ball., • Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project trackers The details • $25/hour, W-2 employee (not 1099), • 10~15 hours per week, • 6-month term to start, • Flexible schedule, • No benefits at this stage, • Strong performers can move into a longer-term role
