Required Qualifications: • Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process, • Residency trained and Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine, • Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
