Public Area Maintenance • Assist with maintaining cleanliness in hallways, elevators, stairwells, and designated common areas as assigned., • Support rooftop or lobby presentation when required. Quality Control • Report maintenance issues immediately (HVAC, plumbing, appliances, lighting, etc.)., • Identify and report damages, missing items, or lost and found articles., • Follow daily checklists and room assignment boards accurately. Inventory & Supplies • Maintain housekeeping carts in organized and sanitary condition., • Monitor supply levels and notify supervisor when restocking is required., • Handle linens according to proper laundry and handling procedures.
