    We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and organised Nursery Chef to prepare fresh, nutritious and varied meals for children within our busy nursery setting. The Nursery Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery kitchen, preparing healthy meals and snacks that meet the nutritional needs of young children while maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene and safety. Key responsibilities include: • Preparing and cooking fresh, nutritious meals and snacks for children each day., • Catering safely for children with allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements and cultural needs., • Following nursery menus, recipes and portion guidance, while contributing ideas for new and seasonal dishes., • Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety., • Completing all required food safety, temperature, cleaning and allergen records., • Managing food deliveries, stock rotation and appropriate storage of ingredients., • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with food ordering while helping to minimise waste., • Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming kitchen environment., • Working closely with the nursery management and room teams to ensure children's individual dietary needs are understood and consistently met., • Supporting the nursery's commitment to helping children develop a positive and healthy relationship with food. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality food for young children, able to work independently in a busy kitchen and have a strong understanding of food hygiene and allergen management. Previous experience in a nursery, school or similar catering environment would be an advantage. Hours: 0730 - 1630 with a 1 hour lunch break. Monday - Friday

    Job Overview: We are a growing organisation looking to develop our small works department for light domestic/commercial works and need a motivated, problem solving individual to be a key member of this team and help progress our business. Typical duties may include: • Responding promptly to customer enquiries, • Pricing/quoting, • Co-ordinating day-to-day activities of small works engineers, • Ordering materials, • Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out and regular reporting to line manager You will be expected to be able to do the following: • Raise requisitions for materials as required., • Ensure works are completed to budgeted hours/schedule, • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with Electricity at Work Regulations and BS 7671, 18th Edition and NICEIC requirements, • Ensure Health & Safety working practices which are essential to ensure the safety of both tenants and operatives, are always implemented., • Maintain accurate records of electrical testing, certification, • Assist with preparation for NICEIC assessments and audits, • Provide support to site engineers on compliance issues, • Help develop and maintain internal procedures and quality assurance systems, • Liaise with contract managers, engineers and clients regarding technical documentation and compliance status Essential requirements: • Fully qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) qualification, • Strong understanding of NICEIC processes, certification, and compliance standards, • Experience in electrical inspection, testing, or compliance-focused roles, • Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy, • Strong communication and organisational skills, • Personable and trustworthy character who can interface directly with Clients, • Valid UK driving licence Desirable: • City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent (2394/2395), • Experience on Electrical Installations: 5 years (preferred), • Experience on Electrical testing: 3 years (preferred), • ECS card (Gold or Black), • Competent with MS Office and digital certification systems (e.g., NICEIC Online, or similar) Benefits: • Competitive annual salary, • Office-based role in Oxfordshire, • Monday to Friday office working hours, • Supportive, professional, and growing company environment, • Ongoing training and development opportunities
