This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and ensuring workshop operations run safely and efficiently.If you're looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact while enjoying a great work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours and no shift work , we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing As Workshop Supervisor , you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of our workshop, ensuring equipment, assets, and vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.Your responsibilities will include:Leading, motivating, and developing a team of technicians and mechanicsPlanning and coordinating workshop activities, repairs, and maintenance schedulesEnsuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standardManaging workshop resources, tools, equipment, and spare parts inventoryMonitoring productivity and driving continuous improvement initiativesSupporting water and wastewater treatment projects through effective workshop operationsEnsuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and proceduresMaintaining accurate service, maintenance, and inspection recordsCollaborating with operational and project teams to meet business objectivesWhat We're Looking For We're seeking a proactive leader who can balance technical expertise with excellent people management skills.You'll ideally have:Previous experience in a Workshop Supervisor, Workshop Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar roleStrong mechanical maintenance and repair knowledgeExperience leading and developing technical teamsExcellent organisational and planning skillsA positive, solution-focused approachStrong understanding of health, safety, and quality standardsGood communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationshipsExperience within the water, wastewater, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, plant hire, utilities, or related sectors would be highly advantageous.Why Join Envirogen? ?
