You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.Pay & Hours:£14.82 per hour33 hours per weekChoose between day or night shifts to suit your lifestyle.Rota includes weekends (every other weekend)About You: Were looking for someone who is:Experienced in care, ideally with NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.Medication trainedConfident in supervising others and managing workloadsA strong team player with a positive, proactive attitude.If youre ready to lead with empathy and professionalism, wed love to hear from you.The Role: As a Team Leader, youll oversee the care team and ensure the safe and effective delivery of care, support, and medication during your shift. With guidance from the Registered Manager and Deputy Managerand support from our experienced teamyoull have the opportunity to get to know our residents and their needs before transitioning to night shifts (if applicable).Key responsibilities include:Coaching and mentoring new and existing staffReviewing and updating care plansPreparing, administering, storing, and recording medicationProviding personal care (e.g. washing, dressing, oral hygiene)Promoting independence and enhancing residents quality of lifeMaintaining professional relationships with residents familiesReporting any safeguarding concerns promptly and appropriately.Rewards & Benefits: We believe great work deserves great rewards.
