DMT Property Limited is a small, friendly and growing property investment company with an expanding portfolio of residential properties across Kent and Nottingham, with exciting plans to continue growing in both regions. As our portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and organised Freelance Property & Administrative Assistant based in the Nottingham area to become an extension of our team and provide valuable local support. Reporting directly to our Executive Assistant, who supports the Directors with the day-to-day management of the business, you'll assist by carrying out property visits and a variety of administrative tasks arranged by the Executive Assistant. Your role will provide valuable on-the-ground support, helping the Executive Assistant and Directors oversee our growing property portfolio remotely. Full training will be provided, so previous property experience isn't essential. We're looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, organised and enjoys a varied role. Key Responsibilities • Conduct property viewings and record detailed video walkthroughs using a smartphone., • Submit viewing videos and observations to the Executive Assistant for review., • Attend refurbishment projects, when requested by the Executive Assistant or Directors, to capture progress photographs and videos and provide factual updates on the current stage of works., • Meet contractors at properties to provide access, where arranged by the Executive Assistant., • Collect keys from estate agents and arrange for additional keys to be cut where required., • Package and send keys to the Directors of DMT Property Limited., • Carry out general administrative tasks to support the Executive Assistant., • Complete other ad hoc property and administrative tasks as requested by the Executive Assistant or Directors. About You We're looking for someone who is: • Reliable, trustworthy and organised., • Friendly, professional and approachable., • Confident using a smartphone to record clear photographs and videos., • Competent using Microsoft Office and email., • In possession of a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle., • Able to travel throughout Nottingham and the surrounding areas. Previous experience in property, administration, customer service or estate agency would be beneficial but isn't essential, as full training will be provided. Hours This is an ad hoc freelance role, with work offered as and when required. As DMT Property Limited continues to expand its portfolio, there may be the opportunity for the successful candidate to move into a more regular working pattern with an agreed number of hours each week. Self-Employed Position This role is offered on a self-employed (freelance) basis. The successful candidate will be required to invoice DMT Property Limited for work completed at an agreed frequency, as agreed by both parties. Please note, this is not a PAYE employed position.
