We are looking for a motivated, reliable and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at an upscale steakhouse in the City of London. Position: Part-Time Waiter / Waitress Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week Working days: Monday to Friday Typical shifts: 12:00–16:00 or 17:30–22:00, depending on business needs Salary: £13 per hour + service charge Start: Immediate Basic previous experience as a waiter/waitress is required. You should be comfortable carrying a tray and have a basic understanding of table service. Full training will be provided so you can learn our restaurant’s standards of service and gradually take on more responsibilities. Duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, preparing tables for the next guests and assisting the team with daily service. A good conversational level of English is required, as you will be serving customers and will need to learn and explain our menu confidently. We are looking for someone professional, punctual, willing to learn and comfortable working as part of a team. The restaurant is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
