Were currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing and forward-thinking Occupational Health provider, who are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join their team based in Greater Manchester. This is a full-time, permanent position, salary up to £41,000combining clinic-based work with regular travel to client sites using a fully equipped mobile medical unit, ideal for someone who enjoys a varied and hands-on role. Role Overview: You will work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver a full range of Occupational Health services to a diverse client base. This role involves both clinic and on-site work, with travel forming a key part of your responsibilities (paid within working hours). Key duties include: • Case management assessments and management referrals, • Health surveillance (spirometry, audiometry, HAVS), • Administering vaccinations in line with the Green Book, • Drug and alcohol screening, • DSE and workplace health assessments, • Delivering wellbeing clinics and health promotion initiatives, • Making autonomous clinical decisions and referrals, • Managing medical stock, vaccines, and equipment safely, • Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring GDPR compliance, • Supporting junior staff and contributing to team development, • Participating in internal meetings and service improvementYou will also be responsible for travelling to client sites, operating a mobile medical unit, and delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a variety of workplace settings.
