Ensuring food & beverages are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Responsible for managing daily operations. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety standards. Training our waiting staff to a high standard & maintain these standards. Oversee food preparation & ensure high-quality dishes are served. Help organise special events & create social media content. Develop & implement strategies to meet revenue goals. Skills & Experience: Strong leadership abilities to motivate & guide staff effectively. Hospitality background with a focus on customer satisfaction. Bartending experience is advantageous. Proficiency of culinary practices, food preparation & kitchen operations. Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
