    Krave Dessert Café is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and driven Café Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy dessert café. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous dessert café management experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, creating memorable guest experiences, and helping to grow an exciting brand. As Café Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the business, from leading the team and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards to developing children's party packages, driving sales, and contributing to the continued growth of the Krave brand. Key Responsibilities • Manage the daily operation of the dessert café, ensuring smooth and efficient service., • Lead, motivate and develop the front and back of house team., • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience., • Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety throughout the café., • Manage staff rotas, recruitment, training and performance., • Monitor stock levels, ordering and supplier relationships., • Control labour and food costs while maintaining quality and profitability., • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations., • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly., • Drive sales through promotions, upselling and exceptional service. Children's Parties & Events • Organise and manage children's birthday parties and private events., • Create fun, memorable experiences for children and families., • Coordinate party bookings, staffing and event delivery., • Develop new party packages and themed experiences to increase revenue. Brand Development: Working alongside senior management, you will play an important role in growing the Krave brand by: • Developing new ideas to improve the customer experience., • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer loyalty., • Supporting new menu launches and seasonal promotions., • Assisting with local marketing initiatives and community engagement., • Maintaining brand standards across presentation, service and atmosphere., • Helping establish Krave as the leading dessert destination in the area. About You: We are looking for someone who has: Previous management experience within a dessert café, ice cream parlour or similar hospitality environment. A proven track record of leading successful teams. Experience organising children's parties or family-focused events. Strong understanding of brand development and customer engagement. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleaning and hygiene standards. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability. Confidence in dealing with customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and hands-on approach.
