If you want to contribute, grow, and be part of a company with global impact, ZEISS Vision Care UK could be the right place for you. \n \n \n Role Overview \n \n Job Title: Global Product Change Assistant (Consumer Eyecare) \n Location: 22 Gas Street, Birmingham (Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office) \n Contract: 3 months fixed term, Full Time. \n \n Position Summary \n \n Operational product change management for all Global Consumer eyecare products including artwork development/changes and maintenance of online portal/databases for our product portfolio. Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely artwork sign-off and accurate setup of approved artworks for market ordering. \n Responsibilities \n \n\n • Submit artwork changes for existing products via the Global portal system and share with the assigned design agency\n, • Support product manager with submitting NPD briefs to design agency\n, • Notify Packaging Artwork & Labelling Specialist when artworks are complete and ready for review, ensuring all amendments meet agreed requirements\n, • Submit completed artwork for formal approval via Global portal for sign-off by regulatory and local teams\n, • Manage the approval process with local teams and regulatory partners to ensure timely artwork sign off\n, • Upon artwork approval, request and confirm receipt of final print files for suppliers\n, • Ensure approved artworks are correctly set up on the portal for market ordering\n, • Request packaging dielines from procurement for new product requests\n, • Ensure product renders are available on the portal for all completed artworks\n, • Raise requests for internal packaging codes\n\n \n Required Knowledge & Experience \n Must have (Essential Criteria) \n \n\n • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously\n, • Good attention to detail, particularly when reviewing documents or creative work against set requirements\n, • Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with internal teams and external partners\n, • Proficient in maintaining trackers and sharing updates using Excel data\n\n \n Desirable Criteria \n\n • Experience within project coordination or administration, ideally within a marketing, packaging, or creative environment\n, • Experience using artwork management or workflow systems\n, • Exposure to packaging, artwork, or NPD processes within FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods\n, • Familiarity with regulatory or approval-based workflows\n\n \n Our Benefits \n\n • 10% Employer pension contribution (providing a 4% employee contribution)\n, • Life assurance\n, • 25 Days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with service (Pro rata)\n\n \n Diversity Diversity is a part of ZEISS.
