HR Advisor Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is delighted to be representing a large, successful, and growing organisation that is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its expanding HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing a varied workload, and is confident handling multiple employee relations cases simultaneously. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both employees and managers while contributing to the ongoing development of HR processes and initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities • Managing a wide range of Employee Relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management, capability issues, and absence management., • Providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation., • Supporting the HR Manager with various HR projects and business initiatives., • Reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures., • Monitoring employee training compliance and ensuring mandatory training records remain up to date., • Building strong relationships with managers and supporting them with people-related matters., • Liaising with Trade Unions and attending meetings when required., • Assisting with HR audits and compliance activities., • Supporting recruitment activities, including interviewing, onboarding, and inductions., • Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate employee records., • Assisting with workforce planning and succession planning initiatives., • Supporting employee engagement activities and wellbeing programmes., • Contributing to continuous improvement projects within the HR function., • Assisting with day-to-day HR administration when required., • Ensuring HR practices remain compliant with current employment legislation and company policies. About You • Previous experience working within a HR Advisor or similar HR position., • Strong Employee Relations experience with the ability to manage cases independently., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Confident supporting managers at all levels of the business., • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail., • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems., • CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD would be advantageous.
