You'll work closely with senior leaders, internal stakeholders and external partners, helping to coordinate activities, manage priorities and deliver a high standard of administrative support.We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building positive relationships and is motivated to learn new skills while contributing to the success of the business.What You'll Be DoingAs Strategic Planning Coordinator, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support across several key teams within Land & Natural Resources. Your responsibilities will include:Acting as a first point of contact for correspondence, enquiries and telephone callsManaging diaries, organising meetings and coordinating appointmentsArranging internal and external meetings, including room bookings and event administrationBooking travel and accommodation, ensuring arrangements are cost-effective and efficientProducing meeting materials including presentations, agendas, notes and minutesMaintaining departmental trackers and ensuring information remains accurate and up to dateSupporting SAP administration and coordinating purchase orders through approved processesAssisting with the administration of capital and project expenditureBuilding effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers and external stakeholdersProviding flexible support to the wider team whenever requiredWhat We Are Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you'll be an organised and proactive professional with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional support.
