About the context The D365 Programme is a multi-year global transformation Programme in Finance & Operations implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all regions. It aims to harmonise multiple regional ERPs existing globally, while respecting divisional operating models and business specificities. It will create a standardized, single global core ERP model, based on the SaaS Microsoft D365 F&O platform. Test Automation – Core Pillar of the Role ▪ Lead automation strategy and roadmap. ▪ Scale automated regression for Platform Updates and global releases. ▪ Integrate automated tests into pipelines. ▪ Increase automation coverage every release. Success criteria ▪ Test Strategy refined if necessary and deployed. ▪ Quality Gates enforced. ▪ Test Coverage => 100%. ▪ Defect Leakage => 0. Tools & ADO Excellence ▪ Improve ADO setup for planning, execution, and reporting. ▪ Use AI dashboards for predictive insights. ▪ Capture lessons learned through AI-driven analysis.
