Dispensary Assistant, LangfordLooking for a role where accuracy and care go hand in hand?Every day, our dispensary team makes sure patients get the right medication, safely and on time.As a Dispensary Assistant, you'll be part of that team, issuing prescriptions, checking details carefully, and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.No dispensing qualification? Genuine investment in your developmentWhat you'll be doingYou'll:Issue stock items and prepared prescriptions to patientsTake prescription charges and check exemption statementsKeep accurate financial and dispensing recordsProcess and bundle prescriptions for the Prescription Pricing AuthorityMake sure medicines are stored correctly, including checking and logging fridge temperaturesDouble-check dispensed items against prescriptions, flagging anything unclear to senior colleaguesKeep the dispensary clean, tidy and well organisedHours30 hour post, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:00am to 6:30pmWhat we're looking forYou don't need to already hold a dispensing qualification.
