You will always be paid for a minimum of 3 hours per shift on quieter days, and overtime is available at your standard hourly rate during busier periods. • Vehicles: Drivers must use their own car. Key Responsibilities Delivery Duties • Deliver customer orders safely, securely, and promptly, strictly adhering to road traffic laws and safety policies. • Ensure all food arrives piping hot, in excellent condition, and presented professionally. • Provide outstanding customer service, resolve basic queries courteously, and uphold a positive brand image. • Manage cash and card transactions accurately in line with company procedures. • Report any delivery issues or incidents to management promptly. • Return delivery bags to the store immediately after each delivery. In-Store & General Support When delivery demand is low, you will assist as part of the team with simple day-to-day tasks, including: • Placing stickers on lids. • General cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the store, delivery station, and customer areas. • Following hygiene, health, and food safety procedures. • Acting as a helpful hand to support the smooth running of the business. Requirements & Essential Skills • Age: Must be 18 or older. • Licence & Vehicle: Valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own car. • Work Authorization: Must possess and present valid Right to Work documents for the UK. • Availability: Available to work evenings and weekends (Mon–Sun options available).
