Your efforts will help foster a vibrant and stimulating environment, promoting both fun and connection. In addition, you will provide compassionate one-on-one support and companionship to residents who may not be able to participate in group activities, ensuring they feel valued and supported. In addition to coordinating group activities, you will work closely with the care team to assess residents' preferences and abilities, ensuring that activities are personalized to foster a sense of accomplishment and enjoyment. You will also play a key role in monitoring and adapting activities to maintain their relevance and impact.
