Senior Therapeutic Support Worker Market Drayton, Newport or Whitchurch, Shropshire Working Pattern: 173 hours per month + sleep-ins Shift Pattern: 07:30 – 23:00 (approx.) | Rolling 2 on, 4 off Salary: £30,360 – £32,906 Sleep-in Rate: £65 per night About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team as a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker. You’ll play a key role in providing therapeutic and nurturing support to young people, helping them to maximise their opportunities and achieve positive outcomes. The service provides residential care, education, and therapeutic support to children and young people aged 11–18 who have experienced, or are at risk of, exploitation.
