About the role: We are looking for experienced care assistants to work for a leading care provider in the local area, to work with adults with various complex needs. This will be done within a within a care home setting working as a team member around Wigan, also the surrounding areas. Duties will include: • To create a home environment that exceeds the needs of the adults, enabling them to develop their characters, feel safe and enrich their lives., • To provide a stimulating environment, implementing educational, personal and social development of the adults, • Contributing to the resident's care plans and risk assessments, • Support residents with personal care and manual handling, • To meet the emotional and physical needs of our residents and maximise opportunities for their development, • Promote independence and support residents with daily tasks SHIFTS: include days and nights.
