Join a community that cares about you!More about your roleYou'll support the Developments Finance function by producing accurate and timely management information, helping to drive effective decision-making. This includes preparing monthly management accounts, KPI reports, cashflow forecasts and detailed variance analysis, ensuring clear insight into financial and operational performance.You'll be involved in business planning processes, reviewing financial and non-financial results, and supporting the wider finance team with month-end activity and ad-hoc reporting. The role also includes working with stakeholders across the business to provide analysis for projects and programmes, contributing to regulatory and external reporting requirements, and supporting audit and Board reporting activities.Essential criteriaQualified or part-qualified CCAB (or equivalent experience) with evidence on your CVProven experience producing monthly management accounts and financial reportsStrong Excel skills, including advanced data analysis and modelling capabilityExperience preparing cashflow forecasts, KPI reports, and variance analysisDemonstrable experience working in a management accounting or finance role within a complex organisationMore about youYou're a proactive and detail-focused finance professional who enjoys working with data to provide meaningful insight. You bring strong technical expertise, particularly in Excel, alongside the ability to solve problems in a practical and flexible way. You're comfortable managing priorities, working independently, and delivering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.You build effective working relationships across teams and are committed to delivering a high standard of service to both internal and external stakeholders.
