This is a great opportunity for someone looking for school hours and a Monday to Friday role, with no evening or weekend work. The Role As a School Catering Assistant, your duties will include: Assisting with the preparation and serving of school meals Serving food to pupils and staff in a friendly and professional manner Keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and tidy Washing dishes and kitchen equipment Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures Supporting the wider catering team as required We are looking for someone who is: Reliable, punctual and hardworking Friendly and approachable Comfortable working around children Able to work well as part of a team Previous catering or school catering experience is desirable but not essential Essential Requirement An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position.
