    Join the team as a full-time Front of House Staff member at Pot & Rice, a trendy Pan-Asian restaurant in London. We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals with a passion for hospitality to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. This is a 1-year contract, offering up to 45 hours per week, with opportunities to work across our Soho and Elephant & Castle locations. Key Responsibilities: • Support daily restaurant operations from opening to closing., • Confidently take orders and ensure effective communication with the kitchen and team., • Serve food and beverages in line with company standards., • Accurately handle written and electronic orders., • Maintain clean and tidy service areas, including polishing cutlery, crockery, and glassware., • Adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling, and Alcohol Service policies., • Assist in setting up and clearing down your section between shifts. What We're Looking For: • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar, or café)., • Flexibility and availability to work at both Soho and Elephant & Castle sites., • A friendly, professional, and confident approach to customer interactions., • Ability to multitask between bar and floor duties., • Experience with cash handling, PDQ payments & EPOS till systems (training will be provided)., • A calm, patient, and team-oriented personality., • Fluent English is essential; proficiency in Chinese, Korean or Japanese languages is a plus., • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
