The RoleWe have an exciting new opportunity for a permanent Electrician to join us on our responsive repairs and maintenance team at the Orbit Housing branch.This will be covering a patch of social housing properties across Stratford upon Avon and surrounding areas, therefore travel is essentialThe core working hours are Monday to Friday Start at 8.00am-4:30pmWe provide a competitive salary + Company Van, Fuel card and Power Tools.+ Generous paying ON CALL Rota (Approx. 1 week in every 5-6 weeks)You will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of maintenance and repairs on all electrical engineering services as required, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of Supervision. You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.The CustomerFortem's contract with Orbit Housing covers over 17,000 properties across Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Nuneaton, Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford.
