Pay: £18.00-£23.00 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing Duration: Minimum 6–12 months (long-term opportunity) Start Date: Immediate About the Role We are currently seeking a proactive, confident, and approachable Resident Liaison Officer (CLO/RLO) to support a Social Housing Contractor across various locations. You will be the key point of contact between residents, contractors, and site teams, helping to ensure works run smoothly, residents are kept fully informed, and any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the project., • Communicate with tenants regarding upcoming works, appointments, access requirements, and project progress., • Liaise closely with contractors and site teams to coordinate works and resolve any issues., • Book and manage resident appointments and access arrangements., • Follow tasks through from initial contact to completion, ensuring a smooth service is provided., • Handle helpdesk calls and respond to queries from residents, staff, and suppliers., • Deal with resident concerns professionally and escalate issues where necessary., • Maintain accurate records of resident contact, appointments, and completed works., • Carry out general administrative duties associated with the project., • Support the wider site team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and with minimal disruption to residents. Desirable Experience • Previous experience in a customer service or resident-facing role., • Experience within social housing, construction, property services, or maintenance would be beneficial., • Full UK Driving Licence, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Confident dealing with residents and members of the public., • Strong organisational and administrative skills., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities., • Professional, approachable, and proactive attitude., • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
