    1. I’m looking for a reliable property assistant in Liverpool to help with the day-to-day running of a small number of rental properties., 2. The role is practical and varied. You’ll mainly be helping with keys, cleaning, property checks and viewings., 3. Duties will include:, 4. Meeting tenants and attending property viewings, 5. Opening up properties and showing people around, 6. Collecting and managing keys, 7. Cleaning and preparing properties between tenants, 8. Checking that windows and doors are properly locked after viewings, 9. Making sure lights, heating and electrical appliances are switched off when appropriate, 10. Checking that the property is left secure and tidy, 11. Returning keys to the agreed secure location after use, 12. Reporting any damage, maintenance issues or anything unusual, 13. General property checks when required, 14. You’ll need to be reliable, trustworthy and comfortable working independently. Attention to detail is important — particularly when securing properties after viewings., 15. A driving licence would be useful but isn't essential if you can travel around Liverpool reliably., 16. Pay starts at £20 per hour, with an immediate start available for the right person., 17.
