About You: • Minimum 1 year experience in a Receptionist role, ideally within hotel environment., • A natural host with a genuine passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to putting people first, both guests and colleagues., • Strong attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the guest experience is delivered with care and precision., • Confident in handling guest feedback and resolving challenges with professionalism and empathy., • Well-organised, able to multitask effectively while maintaining high standards., • Commercially aware, with the ability to enhance the guest journey through thoughtful recommendations., • Professional, polished, and committed to excellence in presentation and service., • A true ambassador for Hyde and Seek Hotel, bringing energy, creativity, and pride to every interaction.
